Booking Terms

Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry or booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are only confirmed when:

• We have verified availability
• We have sent written confirmation
• The required deposit has been received

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted in booking confirmations are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the experience date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 14 days before: Full refund minus R500 administrative fee
• Cancellations 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before: No refund
• Weather-related postponements: Rescheduled at no extra cost or full refund offered

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide this website and its content "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months

Assumption of Risk

Many of our experiences involve outdoor activities with inherent risks. By booking an experience, you acknowledge that:

• Outdoor activities carry risks including injury, illness, or death
• Weather conditions can be unpredictable
• Wildlife behaviour cannot be guaranteed
• You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and ability to participate

Participants may be required to sign a waiver before participating in certain activities.
